These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoAttract website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
GoAttract (“GoAttract,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Yonatan Kogan, an individual / sole proprietor based in Israel.
By accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase GoAttract.
By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate access and take reasonable steps to delete associated personal information, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
2. What GoAttract Provides
GoAttract provides personalized appearance-related analysis, AI-generated visualizations, information, and practical guidance based on photos, questionnaire responses, preferences, and other information submitted by the user.
Depending on the features available to you, the Service may include guidance relating to areas such as hairstyle, facial hair, skin presentation, clothing, accessories, colors, and other aspects of personal appearance.
GoAttract may change, add, remove, or improve features over time.
3. Appearance, Attractiveness, and Results
GoAttract is designed to help you explore ways to improve your appearance, but appearance and attractiveness are inherently influenced by individual preferences, context, culture, implementation, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that:
- Other people will perceive you in any particular way.
- You will achieve a specific physical or aesthetic result.
- Any real-world change will exactly match a generated image or visualization.
- You will receive more dating matches, romantic interest, social attention, or professional opportunities.
- Your confidence, relationships, career, or social life will improve.
- Any particular recommendation will be the best choice for every situation or individual.
Generated images and visualizations are illustrative representations of possible changes. They are not photographs of a guaranteed future result.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information provided through the Service.
4. AI-Generated and Automated Content
GoAttract uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to produce some analyses, recommendations, images, and other outputs.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, subjective, or unsuitable in particular circumstances.
You should use reasonable judgment when relying on any output and should not treat an AI-generated result as an objective or definitive measurement of your appearance, attractiveness, health, or personal worth.
Because of the nature of generative AI, outputs may not be unique and other users may receive similar ideas, wording, styles, or recommendations.
5. Not Medical or Professional Advice
GoAttract is not a medical, dermatological, psychological, surgical, or other healthcare service.
The Service does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Information about skin, hair, appearance, products, treatments, or procedures is provided for general informational purposes only.
Before making decisions involving medical treatment, prescription products, invasive procedures, significant health risks, or an existing medical condition, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. Your Photos and Other Content
You retain any rights you have in photos, questionnaire responses, text, and other content you submit to GoAttract (“User Content”).
You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, store, copy, transmit, process, modify, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Service and generate your results.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Service.
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with applicable law.
- Use content for optional product-improvement review where you have separately provided the required permission.
Our handling of User Content is further described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the legal right to submit the content you provide.
Unless a feature expressly allows otherwise, you should submit only photos and information about yourself.
You may not upload another person's image or personal information without appropriate authorization or use GoAttract to secretly analyze another person.
7. Your Results
GoAttract may provide you with personalized analyses, reports, recommendations, images, visualizations, and other generated materials (“Results”).
Subject to these Terms, you may use and share your Results for your own lawful personal purposes.
Your use of Results does not give you ownership of GoAttract itself or of our underlying software, prompts, systems, methodologies, templates, interfaces, branding, designs, or other proprietary materials.
To the extent that Results contain or depend on third-party materials or services, those elements may also be subject to applicable third-party rights.
We do not guarantee that any AI-generated Result is eligible for intellectual-property protection or that substantially similar content will not be generated for another user.
8. Purchases and Paddle
Our order process is conducted through Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Paddle and is also subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle's policies.
Paddle is responsible for payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and payment-related administration. GoAttract remains responsible for providing and supporting the GoAttract product.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The price and material terms of your purchase will be displayed before you complete the transaction.
9. One-Time Purchases
Where a product is offered as a one-time purchase, you will be charged once at the price displayed at checkout.
Your purchase provides the access, analysis, credits, results, or other benefits described for that product at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a one-time purchase does not create an ongoing subscription.
10. Subscriptions
GoAttract may offer subscription plans in the future or for certain products.
If you purchase a subscription, the price, billing interval, included features, renewal terms, and any trial period will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Where a subscription renews automatically, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee using your selected payment method, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.
You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation method made available by Paddle or GoAttract. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law or the terms shown at checkout provide otherwise.
If subscription pricing changes, any required notice or consent will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the applicable payment terms.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Because GoAttract provides personalized digital processing and content, purchases are generally non-refundable once personalized processing has begun or Results have been generated or delivered, except where required by law or where another exception in our Refund Policy applies.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@goattract.ai or use the applicable Paddle buyer-support process.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
12. Acceptable Use
You may use GoAttract only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Use GoAttract to secretly analyze, monitor, harass, exploit, or impersonate another person.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Service, another user's information, or our systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or compromise the Service.
- Circumvent security, access, usage, or payment restrictions.
- Use automated means to scrape or extract substantial portions of the Service except where we expressly permit it.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where action is reasonably necessary to protect users, GoAttract, our service providers, or others.
13. Intellectual Property
GoAttract and its underlying software, systems, designs, branding, logos, website content, interfaces, templates, methodologies, and other proprietary materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited rights necessary to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights in GoAttract are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Service itself without our permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
14. Feedback
If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about GoAttract, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This section does not give us any additional right to use your uploaded photos or other personal information for product improvement. Use of personal information remains governed by our Privacy Policy and any consent requirements described there.
15. Third-Party Services
GoAttract relies on third-party services to operate, which may include providers of artificial intelligence, hosting, storage, authentication, infrastructure, and payment processing.
The availability or performance of parts of GoAttract may therefore depend on services we do not directly control.
Where your use of a third-party service creates a direct relationship between you and that provider, the provider's applicable terms may also apply.
16. Availability, Changes, and Interruptions
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable or affected by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security issues, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate or improve GoAttract.
If we permanently discontinue a paid product before providing material benefits that you have already purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using GoAttract at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary because:
- You materially violate these Terms.
- You use the Service unlawfully or abusively.
- Your activity presents a security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.
- A payment is reversed, fraudulent, or invalid.
- We are required to do so by law or by a relevant payment or service provider.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will take the circumstances into account before terminating access.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes, will survive.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoAttract is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Every analysis or Result will be accurate or complete.
- The Service will meet every user's expectations.
- Any particular real-world outcome will result from using the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoAttract will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or relating to the Service, including loss of opportunity, reputation, profits, or anticipated benefits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a particular purchase or use of the Service will not exceed:
- For a one-time purchase, the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim; or
- For a subscription, the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
20. Privacy
Our collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using GoAttract, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as necessary to provide the Service in accordance with that Policy.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as GoAttract evolves, our business changes, or legal requirements change.
The updated Terms will show a new effective date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively.
If we make a material change that significantly affects existing users or an ongoing subscription, we will provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and your relationship with GoAttract are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
However, if you are a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence and that cannot lawfully be waived by these Terms.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or authority where applicable consumer law gives you that right.
23. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where such consent is legally permitted to be required.
We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of the business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any purchase-specific terms shown to you before checkout, form the agreement between you and GoAttract regarding the Service.
